Purpose

This report and subsequent decision notice will detail the
procurement of the footway slurry seal programme 2024/25 recommend
a suitable course of action to be taken.

Decision

The Assistant Director – Infrastructure and
Regulatory Services authorises:
 

(1)      
the award the contract for the Footway Slurry
Seal Programme 2024/25 (Including Pre-Patching) to contractor
outlined in the report; and

(2)      
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance &
Elections to enter into such documentation necessary to give effect
to 1 above.
