Purpose

Report seeking approval to enter into supplier contracts to
deliver the Howe Bridge Leisure Centre gym refurbishment
programme.

Decision

The Portfolio Holder for Communities and Neighbourhoods
authorises:

(1)      
the award of the required supplier contracts set out within
this report to deliver the gym and studio refurbishment programme
at Howe Bridge Leisure Centre; and

(2)      
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance &
Elections to enter into any agreements on behalf of the Council to
facilitate (1).
