Purpose

Replacement of fixed shelving with moveable shelving to allow
more flexible use of the space. Creation of an accessible toilet
and baby change, temporary stage and seating, blackout
blinds.

Decision

The Assistant Director Customer Experience & Support
authorises:

(1)      
the acceptance of the grant funding on the terms detailed in the
report; and

(2)      
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance & Elections to
enter into any agreements on behalf of the Council to facilitate
