Purpose

Report seeking approval to enter into an agreement with the
Pelican Centre covering the delivery of the Swimming Pool support
fund grant award secured by Wigan Council on behalf of the Pelican
Centre.

Decision

The Director - Strategy and Innovation
authorises:-
 
(1)
    the acceptance and onward payment
of the grant on the terms outlined in the report; and
(2)
    the Assistant Director –
Legal, Governance and Elections to enter into such
documentation as may be required to give effect to the
above.
