Purpose

To seek approval for the main works contract award

Decision

That the Director of Place authorises:

(1)      
the appointment of the provider identified in the report to provide
main works to the Civic Centre project on the terms described in
the report; and

(2)      
the Assistant Director –Legal, Governance & Elections on
behalf of the Council to enter any agreements necessary to
facilitate 1 above.
