Purpose

This report and subsequent decision notice will detail the
procurement of a resurfacing contract for Back Lane, Appley Bridge
and recommend a suitable course of action to be taken.

Decision

The Assistant Director – Infrastructure & Regulatory
Services authorises:
 

(1)     
the award of the contract, relating to resurfacing works on Back
Lane, Appley Bridge (Crow Orchard Road – Pumping Station) to
the contractor outlined in the report; and

(2)     
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and Elections to
enter into such documentation necessary to give effect to (1)
above.
