Purpose

To engage into contract with a consultant, via the Bloom
Framework for the design and development of road safety, active
travel, public realm, and car parking improvements in Ashton Town
Centre, in relation to the Ashton CRP Public Realm and Street
Improvement Scheme

Decision

The Assistant Director – Planning and Regeneration
authorises:
 

(1)     
the appointment of the consultant identified in the report to
complete the design and development for the Ashton Capital
Regeneration Proj’ct; and

(2)     
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and Elections to
ensure into such documentation, on behalf of the Council, to give
effect to (1) above.
