Purpose

Wigan Council would like to digitise some of its Adult Social
Care functions, namely Reablement and In-House Care and Support
Services, by way of the introduction of a digital social care
record system for the purpose of electronic care
planning.

Decision

The Director – SocialCare
and Transformation, and Assistant Director –  Community
Services authorises:
(1)    
the award of this contract to
the providerreferred to in the report;and

(2)    
The Assistant Director –
Legal, Governance and Elections to enter into such
documentation, on behalfof the Council, necessary to give effectto
1 above.
