Purpose

Report seeking
approval to execute a long-term lease with the prospective Padel
Court developer & operator Soul Padel within the footprint of 2
external tennis courts at Robin Park Leisure Centre

Decision

 

The Assistant Director –
Property & Assets authorises:

 

1.            
the letting to the tenant of
premises at Robin Park Leisure Centre on the terms outlined in the
report;

2.            
the grant of a licence to alter
the premises on the terms outlined in the report; and

3.            
the Assistant Director –
Legal, Governance & Elections to enter into any agreements on
behalf of the Council to facilitate (1) & (2) above.
