Purpose

This system
contains Wigan Children's and Families case information relating to
Social Care and Early Help.

Decision

The Portfolio Holder –
Children and Families authorises: -

 

(1)         
the award of this contract in
respect of software services to the provider and on the terms
outlined in the report;

(2)         
the Director of Childrens Services
- to enter such documentation on behalf of the Council to give
effect to approve expenditure from the Childrens Services Revenue
Account for IT/Systems for the sums described in the report;
and

(3)         
the Assistant Director –
Legal, Governance & Elections to enter such documentation on
behalf of the Council to give effect to the above.
