Disposal and
acquisition of land

Decision

The Assistant Director –
Property and Assets authorises:

 

(1)         
entry into the agreements in
respect of the acquisition of land at Sale Way/Turner Way, Leigh in
the substantive form attached to the report;

(2)         
entry into the collaboration
agreement in respect of land at Westwood, Wigan in the substantive
form attached to the report; and

(3)         
the Assistant Director - Legal
Governance & Elections to enter into all necessary agreements
required to facilitate the above on behalf of the
Council.
