Purpose

To enter into a
Support and Nominations Agreement with Bespoke Supported Tenancies
for the provision of specialist supported accommodation

Decision

The Deputy Leader (Portfolio Holder for Adult
Social Care) authorises:
 

(1)    
a five-year Support and
Nominations Agreement with provider identified in the report for
the provision of accommodation for people with learning
disabilities; and

(2)    
the Assistant Director –
Legal, Governance and Elections to enter any agreement necessary on
behalf of the Council to facilitate
