Purpose

Undertaking of
Cyclical repairs and maintenance work to the housing stock over the
next 5 years. Successful Contractors will undertake works on an
estate by estate basis following a 5 year programme, with the total
number of dwellings to receive works divided over the 5 year
period, within the 5 Housing Management areas or Lot.
