Purpose

To increase the Educational Psychology provision within the
Educational Psychology (EP) Service to ensure the Council can
fulfil it's statutory obligations.

Decision

 The Director -
Children and Families Services authorises:
 

(1)    
the appointment of the provider
identified in the report, on the terms and for the contract period
described to undertake Educational Psychology provision;
and

(2)    
the Assistant Director –
Legal Governance and Elections to enter into any agreements on
behalf of the Council necessary to facilitate the
above.
