Decision

The Assistant Director – Property and
Assets in consultation with the Assistant Director - Education
authorises:

(1)    
the appointment of the contractor
outlined in the report to demolish redundant buildings at the
Central Park site, including some external works and substation
construction, prior to the main redevelopment of the site;
and

(2)    
the assistant Director –
Legal, Governance & Elections to enter into such documentation
on behalf of the Council necessary to give effect to 1
above.
