 The Assistant
Director – Property & Assets is requested to
authorise:
 

(1)    
the appointment of the contractor,
outlined in the report, to undertake the replacement of the roof at
Golborne library; and

(2)    
the Assistant Director - Legal,
Governance & Elections to enter into such documentation to give
effect to (1).
