Decision

The Assistant Director – Property &
Assets authorises:

 

(1)    
the appointment of the contractor
outlined in the report, to replace fluorescent lamps with LED
lighting in Wigan Town Hall, on the terms described; and

(2)    
the Assistant Director –
Legal, Governance & Elections to enter into such documentation,
on behalf of the Council, to give effect to 1.
