Purpose

The Council to
instruct a third-party provider to undertake external valuations
that will contribute to the annual asset valuation
process

Decision

The Assistant Director –
Property and Assets authorises:

 

(1)         
the appointment of the provider
outlined in the report to provide asset valuation services;
and 

(2)         
the Assistant Director –
Legal, Governance and Election to enter such documentation on
behalf of the Council, to give effect to (1).
