Decision

The Director – Place
authorises:

(1)    
the appointment of the consultant
identified in the report to provide Professional Design Services
from RIBA Stage 3 onwards through to project completion and
handover; and

(2)    
the Assistant Director - Legal,
Governance & Elections to enter into any agreements necessary
to facilitate (1) above.
