Purpose

Wigan Council
is seeking to enhance the junior play area at Ashfield Park,
Standish. The project budget is £175,000 funded from Section
106. The project is set out in the Standish Infrastructure
passement for play provision upgrades .

Decision

The Assistant Director –
Property & assets authorises:

 

(1)    
the appointment of the contractor
outlined in the report, to undertake the enhancement works to the
junior play are at Ashfield Park; and

(2)    
the Assistant Director –
Legal, Governance & Elections to enter into such documentation
on behalf of the Council necessary to give effect to (1)
above.
