Decision

The Portfolio Holder for Planning,
Environmental Services and Transport:-
 

1)           
approves the allocation of Basic
Need capital funding to the capital programme line;

2)           
approves and accepts the tender
submitted by the successful contractor identified in the report for
the sum described and the contractor’s
appointment;

3)           
authorises budget release of the
out-turn figure at the sum identified in the report;

4)           
authorises the use of the project
contingency if required within the budget release figure;
and

5)           
authorises the Assistant Director
– Legal Governance and Elections on behalf of the Council to
enter into any agreements necessary to facilitate (2)
above.
