Decision

 The Director
Place authorises:
 

(1)    
the allocation of Capital
Maintenance funding to the capital programme line;

(2)    
the appointment of the contractor
identified in the report for the refurbishment of the former Abram
Gates Primary School on the terms described;

(3)    
budget release of the out-turn
figure at the sum identified in the report;

(4)    
the use of the project contingency
if required within the budget release figure; and

(5)    
authorises the Assistant Director
– Legal Governance and Elections on behalf of the Council to
enter into any agreements necessary to facilitate (2)
above.
