The Portfolio Holder for Finance, Resources
and Transformation authorises:

(1)
entry into an Agreement for Lease
with the tenant identified in the report for the occupation of
Office 02.07 of the Civic;

(2)
subject to satisfying the terms of
the Agreement for Lease referred to in 1, the grant of a Lease for
the occupation of Office 02.07 Civic; and

(3)
Authorise the Assistant Director
– Legal, Governance & Elections to enter into any
agreements on behalf of the Council to facilitate the
above.
