authorises:

 

(1)    
the award of the contract relating
to Bio-Diversity Net Gain management at Sandyforth Farm to the
provider outlined in the report; and

(2)    
the Assistant Director - Legal,
Governance & Elections to enter into such documentation on
behalf of the Council to give effect to 1 above.
