Purpose

Leigh Sports
Village are looking to appoint a single Supplier to provide
Growlighting Rigs and variable light spectrum bulbs for their
pitch, used for both Rugby and Football. The requirement is for new
equipment only, previously used equipment will not be
considered.

Decision

The Portfolio
Holder for Communities and Neighbourhood authorises:-
 

(1) the
award of the supply of Growlighting Rigs and Variable Light
Spectrum Bulbs at Leigh Sports Village contract to the supplier
identified in the report on the terms described; and

(2) the
Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and Elections to enter
into any agreements necessary on behalf of the Council to
facilitate (1).
