Decision

The Assistant
Director of Planning and Regeneration authorises:
 

(1)    
entering into a Delivery (Grant) Agreement with Transport for
Greater Manchester in the substantive form appended to the report
for pre-construction utility diversion work for the Bird I’th
Hand, Hindley, Wigan scheme, ahead of construction work;
and

(2)    
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance &
Elections to enter into such documentation, on behalf of the
Council, to give effect to (1).
