Decision

The Assistant Director – Neighbourhood Reform and Skills authorises:

(1)     the acceptance of grant funding from GMCA in respect of adult education;

(2)     the award of the contract in respect of adult education to the provider and on the terms outlined in the report; and

(3)     the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance & Elections to enter into any agreements necessary on behalf of the Council to facilitate (1) & (2) above.
