The Director
– Finance and Legal authorises:
 

(1)    
the award of the contract for the provision of Assurance
Services to KPMG on the terms described; and

(2)    
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance &
Elections to enter into such documentation on behalf of the Council
necessary to give effect to (1)
above.
