– Strategy & Innovation is requested to
authorise: 
 

(1)    
the award of the supplier contract as set out within this
report to deliver the changing room project at Scotman’s
Flash; and 

(2)    
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance &
Elections to enter into any agreements on behalf of the Council to
facilitate (1).
