Purpose

Acceptance of
tender for fire alarm refurbishment

Decision

The Director
Place:-

(1)    
approves and accepts the tender submitted by the successful
contractor identified in the report for the sum
described;

(2)    
authorises budget release of the out-turn figure at the sum
identified in the report;

(3)    
authorises the use of the project contingency if required
within the budget release figure; and

(4)    
authorises the Assistant Director Legal, Governance &
Elections on behalf of the Council to enter into any agreements
necessary to facilitate (1) above.
