The Portfolio
Holder for Economic Development and Regeneration (Executive Leader)
on behalf of the Portfolio Holder for Planning, Environmental
Services and Transport authorises:
 

1)           
the appointment of the contractor identified in the report as
the main contractor for the Bird I’th Hand, Hindley, Wigan
scheme;

2)           
to sign the Deed of Variation to the existing Delivery
Agreement with Transport for Greater Manchester in the appended
form and

3)           
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance &
Elections to enter into any agreements necessary, on behalf of the
Council, to facilitate the above.
