The Executive
Leader (Portfolio Holder for Economic Development and
Regeneration)
authorises:-

(1)    
acceptance of the grant allocation on the terms of the Grant
Funding Agreement from Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA)
as described in the report;

(2)    
the onward granting of a significant proportion of the GMCA
grant allocation to Wigan Borough Healthwatch CIC (representing
Wigan Borough Community First) as described in the report to
distribute resources across the Wigan Locality Voluntary,
Community, Social and Faith-Based Enterprises (VCFSE) sector
operating out of our communities; and

(3)    
the Assistant Director Legal, Governance and Elections on
behalf of the Council, to enter into any agreements necessary to
facilitate (1) and (2) above.
