authorises:
 

(1) 
the granting of a Lease for the occupation of the café
at Civic to the tenant and on the terms described in the report;
and

(2) 
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance &
Elections to enter into any agreements on behalf of the Council to
facilitate the above.
