Decision

 The Portfolio Holder – Finance,
Resources and Transformation authorises:
 

(1)    
the award of the contract in respect of multi-functional
devices to the provider and on the terms outlined in the report;
and

(2)    
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance &
Elections to enter into such documentation on behalf of the Council
to give effect to 1.
