Purpose

This report and
subsequent decision notice will detail the procurement of a
resurfacing contract for
A580 East Lancashire Road, Leigh (LC No.263 - Greyhound
Island) M/B - plus Patching
and recommend a suitable course of action to be
taken.
 

Decision

The Assistant
Director – Infrastructure & Regulatory Services
authorises:
 

(1)    
the award of the contract, relating to resurfacing works on
A580 East Lancashire Road, Leigh (L.C.263 – Greyhound Island
M/B plus Patching) to the contractor outlined in the report;
and

(2)    
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance &
Elections to enter into such documentation, on behalf of the
Council, necessary to give effect to 1
above.
