Purpose

This report and
subsequent decision notice will detail the procurement of a
resurfacing contract for B5237 Bickershaw Lane / Smiths Lane,
Bickershaw (O/S No.667 - O/S No.16 Smiths Lane) and recommend a
suitable course of action to be taken.

Decision

The Assistant
Director – Infrastructure & Regulatory Services
authorises:
 

(1)        
the award of the contract, relating to resurfacing works on
B5237 Bickershaw Lane / Smiths Lane, Bickershaw (O/S No.667 - O/S
No.16 Smiths Lane) to the contractor outlined in the report;
and

(2)        
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance &
Elections to enter into such documentation, on behalf of the
Council, necessary to give effect to 1 above.
