Holder for Planning, Environmental Services and Transport confirms
the Article 4(1) Direction for the removal of permitted development
rights for the change of use from Use Class C3 (dwelling houses) to
C4 (Small HMOs), on a borough wide basis. The boroughwide Article 4
Direction will come into effect on the 31st August
2025.
