Purpose

To secure the
decision to award the contract to supply gym equipment to Robin
Park Leisure Centre

Decision

The Director -
Strategy and Innovation authorises:-
 

(1) the
award of the required supplier contracts to the providers as set
out within this report to deliver the gym and studio refurbishment
programme at Robin Park Leisure Centre; and

(2) the
Assistant Director – Legal, Governance & Elections to
enter into any agreements on behalf of the Council to facilitate
(1).
