Purpose

Wigan Council
are undertaking an ambitious programme of works at Haigh Woodland
Park and this contract forms part of a wider programme of
investment.

Decision

 The Portfolio Holder for Communities and
Neighbourhoods authorises:-
 

(1)    
the appointment of the successful contractor identified in
the report to undertake the works on the Woodland Hub Project;
and

(2)    
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and
Elections to enter into any agreements on behalf of the Council
necessary to facilitate the above.
