Purpose

Re-Roofing
programme of works planned at Pennington Hall park – staff wc
and garage buildings. Current roofing is end of life and
leaking.

Decision

The Assistant
Director - Property and Assets authorises:-

 

(1)    
the appointment of the contractor detailed in the report to
undertake the re-roofing works at Pennington Hall Park following a
procurement exercise:

(2)    
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and
Elections to enter into such documentation on behalf of the Council
to give effect to 2 above.
