Purpose

Acceptance of
the tender for Lowton High - Sports Hall Boilers and Fan Convector
Replacements.

Decision

The Assistant
Director - Property and Assets authorises:-
 

(1)  the
appointment of the contractor outlined in the report to undertake
the heating system replacement;

(2)  budget
release of the out-turn figure at the sum identified in the
report;

(3)  the
use of the project contingency if required within the budget
release figure; and

(4)  the
Assistant Director Legal, Governance and Elections on behalf of
the

Council to enter into any agreements necessary to facilitate
(1) above.
