Decision

The Director -
Strategy and Innovation authorises:-
 

(1)        
entry into the Development Management agreement with the
provider described within the report and any ancillary agreements
thereto to deliver the office and café construction works;
and             

(2)        
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and
Elections (Monitoring Officer) to enter into any agreements on
behalf of the Council to facilitate (1).
