Purpose

To seek
agreement to sign and seal an extension letter extending the
existing partnership agreement between Wigan Council and Bolton
Council, the lead partner in the GM Music Hub.

Decision

The Portfolio
Holder for Children and Families approves:-
 

(1)    
an extension of the existing partnership agreement with
Bolton Council for the Greater Manchester Music Hub on the terms
described in the report; and

(2)    
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and
Elections (Monitoring Officer) to enter into all agreements
necessary to facilitate 1 on behalf of the Council.
