Holder for Planning, Environmental Services and Transport
authorises:-
 

(1)        
the appointment of the contractor identified in the report as
the main contractor for the Lane Head Air Quality Improvements
scheme;

(2)        
entering into a ‘Delivery Agreement’ (Grant
Agreement) with Transport for Greater Manchester on the terms
outlined in the report; and

(3)        
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance &
Elections to enter into any agreements, on behalf of the Council,
necessary to facilitate the above.
