Decision

The Director -
Environment authorises:
 

(1)        
the award of the contract, relating to the carrying out of
minor works across the Borough, to the contractor outlined in the
report; and

(2)        
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance &
Elections, on behalf of the Council, to enter into such
documentation necessary to give effect to (1) above.
