Purpose

The provision
of purchasing and delivery of fuels and additives. Fuel suppliers
are critical to the Council in delivering front line operational
services.

Decision

The
Portfolio Holder for Planning, Environmental Services and
Transport authorises:-
 

(1)    
the award of a 1-year Call-off contract for the supply of
liquid fuels under YPO's Framework Agreement for Liquid Fuels and
Associated Products to the supplier identified in the report;
and

(2)    
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and
Elections to enter into any agreements necessary to facilitate (1)
on behalf of the Council.
