Purpose

The Fleet
Management Software System currently in use to manage the
Council’s vehicles and plant to deliver front line services
requires replacement due to its age and functionality. In addition,
all processes will transition from paper based to digital solutions
and the fleet workshop staff are to be equipped with electronic
devices to support the introduction of the digital processes and
improvements to service delivery.

Decision

The Director
– Environment authorises:-
 

(1)    
contract award to the provider and on the terms detailed in
the report; and

(2)    
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and
Elections to enter any agreements on behalf of the Council to
facilitate 1.
