Report to
formalise the joint appointment of a letting agent

Decision

The Director
– Place, pursuant to the Cabinet delegation of 10 June 2021
(minute 4) authorises:-
 

(1)        
the joint appointment of the
Letting Agent identified in the report for the Fettlers project, on
the terms set out in Appendix A; and

(2)        
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and
Elections to enter into such agreements on behalf of the Council to
give effect to (1) above.
