(1)        
approves the variation of the existing Boiler Replacement and
Heating Installations contract on the terms described in the
report; and
 

(2)  authorises
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and Elections on
behalf of the Council to enter into any agreements necessary to
facilitate (1) above.
