Purpose

To authorise
the sale of the property in accordance with the agreed Memorandum
of Sale.

Decision

The Assistant
Director – Property and Assets authorises:
 

(1)        
the  declaration that the
asset set out in Appendix A of the report is surplus to
requirements;

(2)        
the sale of the Council’s freehold interest with vacant
possession of the property in accordance with the agreed Head of
Terms; and

(3)        
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and
Elevtions to enter into any agreements on behalf of the Council to
facilitate (2) above.
